Their customer service is non existent. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. Unfortunately, as a last resort, I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If I spend my money on their products I don't think it's too much to ask to get a response to an inquiry.
I was extremely disappointed when I got home and tried my new double ended markers and one was bone dry . I paid the extra expecting quality and was very dissapointed

Absolutely LOVE AC paper products - wonderful quality, brilliant colors and designs. Wish they would use removable stickers for their sku numbers so that both sides of the glitter paper (#71417) looks nice when cut. Always recommend to fellow crafters & scrappers!

THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO STOP THE ORDER BUT NO REPLY UNTIL I RECEIVED "YOUR ITEM IS SHIPPED". 5 DAYS NO REPLY FROM THEM, WEBSITE NO CANCEL OPTION TOO. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. GUYS, PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THEM. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND YOU CAN ONLY ORDER AND PAY, YOU HAVE NO CHOICE OF CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER.

Customer service does not exist! I've been emailing for 2 weeks to get help with my Blush and Jade core kits missing several cards. I even sent them pictures. Toni at Project Life referred me to Jenna Bergener at American Crafts. I've sent Jenna several emails and she has never responded. I've also sent emails to the general customer service email at American Crafts. Jenna nor anyone in customer service has bothered to respond.
