The Erasable Chalk Markers are marketed as completely erasable from a chalkboard surface but I've used water and a paper towel and then Method glass cleaner and the scrubby side of a sponge and I still can't seem to get the writing off my chalkboard. Help?

Although I like the print, I'm highly disappointed that I spent $1.99 plus tax (nearly $20 on 9 pieces of paper) only to have a part of each piece wasted by the sticker label that won't come off. Very irritating. I wouldn't use any more of the paper due to this and the cost.
I am a graphic designer and I purchased some clear vellum paper for Holiday cards. You put your labels on every single sheet, with your name and the bar code. I understand this however now I am forced to sit here with an xacto blade and try to remove those labels before I can send the paper to print. Not only is that frustrating but the labels will not entirely come off. So now I need to figure out how to set up the file so the printer misses where the labels still remains. I purchased the heat-setting tool and was very disappointed with this product. The power switch immediately broke the moment I began using the tool. I contacted customer service and have yet to get a response.
Their product are really beautiful , i like it !
Just received 2 photo pens through Amazon and both were completely dried out. Not happy.
