Update: Still an dissatisfied customer: I waited for my husband to come home to bring me to the post office like Cecilia told me to do to refuse the package. It had a UPS label on it so we drove to another town to bring it to the UPS store the UPS does not take refusals at that store so I called the number they gave us and it was not shipped by UPS so then we went to the Post Office to try and refuse it and the Post office would not take it back so now we are back at home ma...Continue Reading
I am very disappointed in Anna Griffins Minc and the quality of the ink on the pieces that were enclosed to embellish in the introductory kit. it is not the machine itself that prevents the black spots and lack of the foil covering the complete design. It is the quality of the laser ink pieces that came with the machine. Please advise me if there is a resolution to this problem. Thank you.
