When I lived in Utah I bought some tape runners at Tuesday morning. Small pink ones, because I am a breast cancer survivor and i was into pink everything, They were defective and I let them know and was promised a replacement. It never came. Now I am in NC and I have some of their washi tape (it says adhesive on it) but you can't even get the backing off to use it!!!!! I just purchased the Precision Pen set with multiple sizes. These are marketed as "waterproof" but they are NOT waterproof. I have let my image sit for over 10 minutes and watercolors are still causing terrible bleeding. Any tips?
I live all the way out in South Africa. Had some problem with Jane Davenport items. American Crafts replaced them and sent me some free goodies as well which was totally unexpected. I really appreciate the good service. And I will buy your products for as long as I can. Thanks again ��
