My son wanted a school cup, and it fell of the spinner completely destroying it. I needed to start the entire thing over and it did it AGAIN!! 😭 I’ve never disliked a crafting tool so much in my life. I’ve tried every different way to adjust it but no matter what, the cup falls off. I’ve made a total of one total cup and the first layer of a second and I gave up. I’m afraid to do the top coat, in fear it’ll destroy the part I do have done. Very upsetting.

I had an issue with my Toner Ink Marker. I used it once and then it wouldn't work any more. I contacted the company to see if there were an solutions to my issues and they graciously sent me a new marker. Fantastic and outstanding customer service. Thank you so very much.
Waiting for my refund! I made an order on march 8 that was cancelled the next day and they don't let me know until I check thru the web page. I think is too much!
