If I could give this company 0 Stars i would. Worst customer service in the world. Patricia carillo was useless. I’ve had my item out for delivery since 3/29/18. It’s been over a month and her response to me is for me to continue to wait or dispute the item with the bank. Is this really customer service? I have paid for items that clearly have shown undelivered yet I can’t get refunded? Ridiculous don’t bother to shop here.
I love my spin it, but the whole rotating arm fell completely out, it's so upsetting. I had to push it back in and now its wobbly.
I purchased their new Precision Press, cheaper than the Misti, only $35, but I got what I paid for. The videos I have watched and info that is out there stated the surface is sticky to hold the paper in place. It does NOT! I tried using double sided tape, but what a pain. I contacted the company and received a reply stating my ink was too sticky and I should put my paper in the corner so I can place it exactly again. I’m still waiting for customer service to call me back on the laser level that I ordered that burst into flames when I put a battery in it it’s really sad that I have not been contacted
I got the spin it and it literally was awful wasted TONS of money on supplies then after 4 cups Michaels said I cant return😡 so sad about this

I ordered a product from this company thru amazon.com. the shipper they used recorded the package as delivered. IT WAS NOT. The companynies multiple responses was, check with your reception area. and then they said that the they refunded my money, they DID NOT. I only want the product that i purchased and nothing more. Customer service is horrible. Follow through on an order screw up, horrible. WARNING, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT THAT YOU ORDER.
