Andrew R. here. Moe came by and did a thorough job of spraying my house. Answered all the questions I had and told me that if I ever needed Alterra to come back, all I needed to do is call. That's great customer service!
Shawn Littlefield just completed a service at our home and was on time, courteous and did a complete job. He took the time to listen to our concerns and made the appropriate treatment. I appreciated when he made us feel like we were his only client today. I look forward to having him at our home again and will recommend him to others needed this service.

Alterra offers excellent customer service from returning a request to come out to always having a friendly smile. Customer service is very important to me and I appreciate the speedy turn around you all give. Today Ricky came by and did a thorough walk through on our house and also threw ant killer on the mounds. Thank you for always providing such great service.
David Rojas was able to come over the day that I called to schedule a service! It was great, he treated the whole house, laid down sticky traps for mice, and even killed a little rattlesnake that was hiding under our trashcans! We are so thankful that he found it before the snake crept out and found our 2 year old playing in the yard. When I called to schedule another visit to take care of some of the sticky traps that caught some mice, he was able to come back out the same day and helped us out. Great service so far!
Alterra does a good job, but I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the latest tech. David came over today and did a fantastic job, he took his time, he look in every corner and turned every stone. I was impressed with his eagerness to solve the problem and not just rush so he could get home - specially since I was his last apt and it was already 6PM.
Ryan came out for our initial service, and he was FANTASTIC! Extremely knowledgeable about everything, answered all my questions... He even set up extra stuff for the ant problem we're having right now! Very very happy!
Always thought I could keep up with treating my own yard and home but the ants, spiders and mice (from a nearby farmers field) proved me wrong. Alterra sent Ryan Alexander over. He took care of the lawn, house and left a trap in the garage for a mouse. He was on time, professional and friendly. Couldn't ask for better service.
