Great service at a great price, I was told Ryan would be here between 8:30-10:00 and he showed up at 8:20 :} was professional, quick and very detailed. Great service! Service Pro, Josh, was patient, curious, knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process. He listened to our problem and made sure it was taken care of immediately. He would be highly recommended.
The sales rep was super personable and knowledgable. The Service Pro who came out to the house, Kyle, was very personable and kind as well. Looking forward to less critters!
First service today but very polite and knowledgeable technician, Kyle. The salesperson Daniel was also extremely professional so fairly impressed so far with the service. The guarantee makes me feel sure they'll come through if the critters come back.
Chance showed up on time and after talking for a minute, he went right to work. I am pleased with the service and I know he did a good job and I hope to see him every time.

Our salesman explained what would be done by the tech. Jon our Service Pro followed through with the treatment as described. He professionally accommodated extra question from me during the service. This was our first treatment and it was only 1 week ago. I will wait to see if the treatments effectively address our concerns before giving up the final star. So far, so good! Jonathan O.
WOW!!! Ryan conducted exemplary service today from the moment he shook my hand, told me he's from Alterra Pest and asked what areas of my home was being invaded by any critters (ants, spiders, etc). When he said ant & spiders, I said, "EVERYWHERE" since I hate them. As he was working on laying the poisonous foundation for these insects, I couldn't but help walk side by side and ask questions so I can help keep these things out.
