Alterra always does a great job and comes out whenever we need them. Their staff is great and is always willing to go the extra mile. Last service call Ricky Guerra came by with Mark who was new and I could tell that both of them had been trained very well and both were very extremely knowledgeable. Please give these gentleman a pat on the back as both of them did an EXCELLENT job!!
I have been with Alterra now for 1yr. So far they have been a great company. Anytime I have a pest problem or even start to see an increase in bugs I give them a call and they come out without question or charge. My last visit was from Ricky Guerra and he was great. He was polite, professional, and answered all my questions. Great service. Thanks, Ricky.
Kyle from Alterra came out for quarterly service within the specified timeframe(always appreciated) and did full service and explained what to do regarding my concerns. Professional.
We started using Alterra last year when we first bought our house. I have to say, this is the most bug-free existence I've ever had living in Texas. Kyle, our service pro, is prompt, polite, and easily answers all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Alterra to my neighbors- but they already use it!!

Extremely pleased with the services I received from Alterra. The tech who came out ( Kyle) was very friendly and explained everything very well. Since i have small kids it made me feel very comfortable that i knew what they were using was safe for my children to be around. I was also pleased to know if any problems were to occur in between scheduled treatments that they will come out free of charge.
Michael Ratner did a great job. I have no complaints. Their products work great. I have small children, dog, and a cat and have never had a problem with the products. They send you an email to remind you of your next service date. Best part, I do not have to be here for the service unless the inside needs to be treated. Thank you for a job well done.
Buyers beware! They will promise you things in person and that "contract" you sign is another ball game. I asked the door-to-door salesman over and over if this was going to be a recurrent bill and he said no ever time. Anything sold door-to-door is most likely a scam so i should have known better. But nonetheless i paid the initial visit and 4 weeks later they came back unannounced and charged me $100+ more bucks! I called and they said they could take be out of the rotation.
