Had my first service call today. Thanks Marc for such a thorough and wonderful job. This guy was very professional and friendly. He really seemed to be glad to be able to provide their pest control service and I wasn't just another appt. Marc made sure I understand what he was going to do and addressed any questions. He also checked before he left to make sure there wasn't any further questions. John R.

My name is Jonathan S. Alan and Chance came by today for my initial service. I was impressed with their professionalism, as well as the speed of service. They explained what they were going to do and went over the information with me. Once they were finished they came back to me to let me know what they had done and asked if I had any questions. I will let my friends know what a great company Alterra is.

The representative for Alterra, Kyle Fox came out and went over the contract again and then explained what type of service was being provided and how long it would last. He was a very personable and professional and we are are pleased with the timely service and extra care that this company provided. It is obvious they have an outstanding training program for their field reps.

We received great customer service on the initial service call, Kyle and Andy, were extremely prompt, friendly, and professional. They had me verify the Four Season Protection Plan that I had signed the day before and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Kyle explained in detail what they were going to do and Andy asked me to point out the areas of concern that I had mentioned and was quick at working on the lawn area, while Kyle removed the wasp nests that had started building around the front porch area. Brittany came by the house to let me know that Alterra would be in the neighborhood doing service and they were offering a special. I did a quick search, saw the good reviews and decided to take advantage of the deal. Brittany was knowledgeable, courteous and very sweet. I had an appointment the very next morning. Josh arrived on time, explained everything he was going to do and was very thorough and friendly.

Kyle & Andy provided excellent service and were able to answer all my questions regarding what we can do to keep pests out of our house. They were also very friendly and courteous. They even arrived at the exact time my appointment stated they would. I highly recommend Alterra Pest Control.

Matt came by the house this morning and we discussed beginning a pest control cycle with Alterra. He was very personable, informative and fun to talk with. We set the initial appointment for noon today. Josh came by to treat the house and he too was very nice and thorough. Josh did everything I asked and even walked through the backyard with me to locate a fire ant hill that had been recently tilled up when we had the sod laid down. I am looking forward to getting rid of all the pests and working with Alterra! :)

Kyle was referred to us by Wafa and we called him out to take care of ants and fleas on our property. He was very polite and took care of the treatment right away. We recommend calling Kyle and Alterra for your pest control.
