Kyle and Ryan went above and beyond to help treat some sneaky wasps inside our ceiling. They were both very friendly and professional and re-treated our yard for ants while here. We've used Alterra for quarterly service for a year now and they are always very prompt and courteous. Thanks so much!

Chance went out of his way to take care of a problem I was having at my residence.
I thought the costumer service with Alterra was great on all sides, I dealt with the salesman, office ladies, and service man; all did an excellent job. Service man Alan did a great job taking care of all the ant issues we had as well as the wasps. He listened well to everything I had to say and was very polite. All pest problems have been taken care of too!!
We've been extrememly happy with Alterra Pest Control since we started using this company last year. In fact, we've referred them to many others because they've done such a great job at minimizing so many bugs & insects inside and outside our home. I think these guys are a cut above the rest, especially the well known names people associate with seasonal pest control services. Josh spent all the time needed to answer all my questions. I especially like the "call anytime" feature for more complete control of certain persistent and resistent pests. It made perfect sense to me that the initial visit that gets 70-85% pests with a follow up visit in one month to get the rest is done. Thank you Ricky Guerra! I knew we had a roach problem, but I had NO idea the extent. We have an infestation of German Roaches in our kitchen. I had already cleared out a few cupboards, but they were in more than I thought. Ricky helped me clean out my cupboards! He was very informative and explained everything without me even asking. He was very thorough and got someone else to take some of his route since he had to spend so much time at our house. The true test will be when them come back in 30 days to spray again.
