Just started service with Alterra today. Trenton Powers showed up on time and prepared to get started. After completing some minor paperwork, all well explained by Trenton, he got to work. He was thorough as he serviced the perimeter of the house and our yard. I'm looking forward to not having to worry about pests on my own any more.
Use Alterra for office building and decided to use for home. Trenton Powers was our tech. Not only did he rid our house of bugs, but he also turned off all the lights we had left on (we had a treatment that we had to be gone for 2hrs afterward) with the exception of one light so it wouldn't be dark, but he also locked the front door and made sure our fence door was closed. Great service all around!

Michelle M., I couldn't ask for better service than I got from Mo the last 2 visits. We have been dealing with wasps, and he has been amazing in taking care of nests around my house, including one very large nest in a upstairs window that was full if European paper wasps. He is very personable, always smiling and joking. We have referred several people to Alterra, and will continue to do so. Thanks Mo!
