Ernie E. 6/23/2015 Shaquille from Alterra was great. He was on time. He explained the treatment, and listened to my request to keep treatment away from the pool.
I tried to cancel service 12/15 since we bought a new home. They said I could not cancel since I was in a contract. I asked to transfer it to my new address and was told no; I had one more service in 1/16, I could cancel then. I asked to cancel now for after the 1/16 service and was told I had to call back after the 1/16 service. When I called back in the spring I left messages which no one returned. I have called phone number (512 467-7378) they provided on the website many times. However, nobody answer the phone. I have left the voice message and nobody call me back. I have called to cancel my services with them several times. But they still send service reminder to me. I don't want your service any more. Please disable my account and cancel the service. Our one year contract was already done.
Chris Furini was very helpful, he took the time to answer all of my questions and show me the procedures he was going to use around my house. It was also refreshing to be met with a handshake and honest demeanor.

Patricia F. Alterra provided follow-up service to counter an ant invasion into the kitchen. Moe was polite and knowledgeable. Familiar with our property, he did a sweep of the habitual ant mound areas in addition to treating the home invaders.
