I believe 70% negative reviews says it all!!! This place is horrible!! I paid $2,100.00 for this warranty!! Haven't used it for the first 60K miles. I have a Ford F-150. The water pump went out and the charges to repair were $1,100.00. Alpha Warranty only agreed to pay $260!!! Save your $. These people are scam artists!! They will NOT pay to repair your vehicle! BEWARE!!!!!

Not sure why this place is even in business, but this has to be Fraud. I have had only Two services, both fluid maintenance just because i need to have a start date my time line. This last service has been a Nightmare, i have an axle that needs to be replace on a 2012 Nissan Quest Van SL. The van is in great condition, well kept. And now it needs an axle replaced on the front right side according to my papers. In the contract it states the Drive axle is covered. I also need to replace 2 seals on the front left side also. I am going to rate my experience with Alfa warranty a 1 if I could give a 0 I would. They don't seem to want to warranty anything but love your payment. I've been renting a car for a month now and no help in sight so I am going to pay for the repairs out of pocket and tell any and everybody I can the horrible service you get with this company.

This warranty is nothing more than a waste of paper! I have brought my car to the auto shop four times since purchasing the warranty and not one item has been covered by Alpha. Alpha is the worst warranty I have ever experienced. I will never recommend this product to anyone!

I had forgotten about the warranty and submitted the claim after the work was completed. The work was covered by the warranty but they denied me because I didn't follow there protocol. It's all about the money. I paid $2440.00 for a warranty that wouldn't pay for $974.60 worth of work that they would have covered if I had called before getting the work done. It's just poor ethics on there part. My mind was to get my vehicle fixed not the warranty. I gave them the loophole they needed to deny me. So much for counting on Alpha... read more

Stay away , better off with another company , will not pay for quality parts , wants to send cheap parts . Also long return call time . GWC for me is much better company to deal with!

First time using this warranty and inexperienced Terrible customer service by a representative named Serge. Rude and extremely prepotent and sassy attitude. Car rental is subject to their approval of time needed for repairs. Not happy At all!!!

Bought a mini cooper with 46k miles in Dec 2016 and the extended warranty which is supposed to cover the engine and all lubricated parts along with transmission from Alpha Warranty Services. Check engine light came on in April at 50k. Called Alpha they made it seem like it was going to be an easy process. I just had to find a local shop. I did. I have worked with Alpha Warranty on several occasions and have had nothing but the best of luck with them and their outstanding customer service. Highly recommend them for any consumer or business.
