I bought a car from Larry H. Miller Subaru in Boise. The staff there have so far been polite, eager to serve, and fast in taking care of my needs. My Sales Rep was KJ. Finally a major repair they always say that is why you need a warranty now that i need a transmission they refuse. Nothing but headaches and hassles to get repairs done. I have had a warranty with ALPHA for 7 years and still have a 10 months left and now they are refusing to fix the transmission they are saying they have paid enough out on my care and refuse to pay anymore out..it's like having a life insurance and them refusing to pay in when you die. I had a warrantee that I purchase with a used truck. My fuel pump went out. I took it to a reputable garage in Ogden Utah to have it repaired. The repair cost is 3000$. When the alpha sent a representative to make sure it was the fuel pump he agreed with the diagnosis took the recomendation back for under writing they canciled my warrantee with no reason stated. I am so thankful for Alpha Warranty as it is great to have a company that pays the claims when needed for the vehicle repairs!
