HORRIBLE company and worthless warranty....... they will find a way to not honor the repair. I have a bad oil pump and while it is specifically covered in the contact they do not want to pay for the repair because they are stating that the cause of failure was a non covered part. Basically getting off on a technicality.

If I was able to leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. After WEEKS of fighting back and forth (each taking about that long for each claim), my appeal was denied and I was told that I can appeal a claim only once and if it was denied again, there was nothing else i could do. When i initially took my car in and the dealership submitted my claim, the warranty company DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT MAINT RECORDS. They denied the claim based off a 5 minute conversation. There is something extremely shady about this company. They cost us almost an extra $20,000.00 . We bought their $2000.00 extended warranty, put our trust in them. made all the monthly payments. Bought a Vehicle off the lot. No pre existing conditions. Vehicle's engine blew after 4-5 months driving it with not one sign leading up to it. Alpha had us take it to the shop ( they paid for the tow truck was all) took apart our engine. I'm another victim of this scammers. Bought a $ 4,500 extended warranty Full cover "bumper to bumper ' for a 2018 F350 . just to find out a year later while traveling out of state , that the repair of the transfer case was not approved , I will not tell details because I'm tired to tell this over and over to every -I can't say rep or associate from ALPHA Warranty - I would say co-conspirator , and I would hate to hear from any of this accomplices another phony explanation. So I'm currently working with Alpha on claim number 2. The first one was a total nightmare to say the least, but they did cover it. This time on claim number 2, which is almost all drive train issues, they are claiming the leak in the rear differential is old. However the auto repair shop they sent me to is claiming the leak is recent and that doesn't make sense because there are plenty of fluids. When this so-called service company denies your claim — which they will — they blame you for choosing the wrong coverage. Your contract is "part specific," they say. "And the part you need isn't covered." It's the perfect scam. Just read a few reviews. They may have an A+ rating with the BBB, but they've earned an F with a majority of their customers.

DO NOT USE this warranty. They not only take several days if not about a week to respond to any coverage. But then they find reasons to not cover a part that clearly says it’s covered due to “rust” on part. representative says any rust on parts are not covered. When this warranty was clearly purchased on a used car. Which has rust on it. Also they don’t cover any alignments even if a part replacing will need a alignment. Zero Stars please read the fine print on limitations before you purchase. I purchased a 12 month warranty that would cover most everything for $2000. The Brochure sounds like you don't need to worry they will cover everything. In the fine print of limitations the level I purchased has a maximum payout of $2200.00 I needed extensive engine work. After making the repair shop jump through hoops they paid them the $2200.max and then cancelled my policy since they had reached the max payout. This is more like a savings account to... read more
