Beware! These people are skilled con artists. Even if your contract says the repair is covered, they will find an excuse not to cover it. I just spoke with the service agent at a garage Alpha recommends. She said she had never seen Alpha cover a claim in all the years that she had been at this garage. They are liars and cheats, and they misrepresent their product. The contracts are written in such a vague language that they can get out of anything that breaks on your car. Stay away these people are scumbags..
