I took my Rav4 into Allen Toyota very late in the day on a Monday. The lobby seemed packed with people, but Edwin Ratcliff in the service department got me in and out very quickly as well as keeping me updated throughout the process. LOVE Allen Toyota!

Excellent greeting and arranging the inspection of the potential fault with the interior and ordered parts were available as promised. Replacement of the ordered interior parts went well and on time. I give them 3 thumbs up.
So my daughter goes to Allen Toyota to buy her very first car with the money she saved. She brought a used car with Cash. The car was a convertible so I said to the sales guy my concern was does it leak he said I don't think so but when we service it we will check it out to see. So we go back the next day, they said all checked out. So she brought it, the first rain storm we had guess what it leaks.
