Amazing Service Department!! Edwin (Assistant Mgr) has gone above and beyond each time to ensure I get the best customer service and personally checked my vehicle to help me troubleshoot the issues. As busy as this department is he is always very helpful and personable
Allen Toyota is a professional friendly dealership with whom I have been dealing for the past fourteen years. I recently have purchased two cars with the help of Ben Beardsley(sp?) and James Usey. Both are honest forthright individuals who are eager to reach the bottom line without the stereotypical sales rhetoric portrayed in derogatory comedy routines and social media. Furthermore the Service Department has always provided timely, friendly, and complete service, be it scheduled, unscheduled, or warranty.
JBermond was my service person and he was wonderful and professional. He got me in and out as quick as he could. I had my grandson with me and they gave him popcorn and he was happy. I love Allen Toyota.
My sales representative Jordan was awesome. Very Informative about the vehicle... Friendly and very respectful... There was no pressure and mad the sale very easy!!!
