We have purchased 3 vehicles from Chad. Great and easy to work with. The service department is top notch and always curteous and quick and efficient.
Sales experience was easy and simple. I was not pressured when I made my purchase although I had to make a second trip and get a different salesman to finish the deal (the first one was a douche’). 2 years later and I still love my ‘17 Corolla LE. It’s been serviced with Allen it’s entire life and has had no one else under the hood. great people , great prices , reliable product.
I took my car in for a regularly scheduled appointment and I needed new tires. They did not have an appointment available and accommodated me right then on the spot to put my New tires on my car. I was most impressed and so Thankful that they worked with me.
They add a hidden fee of $3500 to your vehicle purchases for “contract fees”. In other words they’re making another $4k off you without telling you. Do not purchase vehicles from Allen Toyota.
