RecommendedGot my Malibu in August of this year (Jovon helped me search and let me decide on my own) and noticed a leak into the trunk not long after. Went to Chevy to get it fixed but was told they couldn’t do anything. went to Allen Toyota (Gulfport Ms) where I purchased the vehicle, (with warranties) spoked to Leo Shelby (sales manager) without question Leo understood my concern and within a week the problem was fixed and my Malibu is ready to go!!! Great customer service all around! Jovon and Leo are the best! 💗💗💗

Mr. Rich is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and worked with us in getting my dream 4Runner! We got there right after they opened and he was the only one that walked all the way out to the 4 runners to help us. Everyone that helped us with each step had great things to say about the owner of Allen, how he was a really good person to work for. You can tell that they all loved their job, which is something you do not see often.
Highly recommend William Scott, AKA “Bill,” to be your next salesman. We have been buying cars from him for years. No hassles, great guy! Go see him if you want an easy buying experience! For even better service, he appreciates the McDonald’s #2 with an orange juice.

Excellent customer service. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The waiting area was very clean making the waiting time pleasant. Oh, and the popcorn and coffee was definitely a “yes”
