RecommendedThanks to Scott and Jasmine they took care of my Dashboard recall. They treated me with respect and took care of it so Expedient. My Dashboard was getting to be a safety issue bad and when they saw it they had it ordered and done in a week. I was impressed. I found out Scott and Jasmine does care about their customers. Jasmine deserves a award. while I was waiting she made me feel at home. which was 3 to 4 hours. But I didn't mine waiting. Thank yall so much. God bless it all. I give them a 5
If you are looking to cool off from the hot summer days, they definitely keep their showroom FREEZING 😂 Great service and Jasmine was very informative and answered all questions i had! Definitely would recommend!
Sales are great Service is lacking
Everyone at Allen was helpful & professional. The man who was servicing my RAV 4 helped me put a key cover on my key ( I couldn't get it on because I'm old). I have always been happy with the service I get there & will continue to take my car there.

Always a positive experience at Allen Toyota. They are great at communicating when they think it’s going to be a bit of a wait and they are always faster than they estimate.
I loved the Tacoma I got from my husband on my birthday 3 years ago, but the 2018 is just awesome! The drive is smooth and the accessories abound: blind spot indicators, cruise control adjusts for traffic, google maps are just my favorites.
