Got my 2018 RAV4 XLE yesterday they even let me borrow it so i can test drive it all the way to Pensacola overnight. Got my $2500 discount plus $500 off military discount plus additional $500 for using Toyota finance my experience was excellent to shop here. Only down side was getting only $500 for my trade in 03 Honda Civic 293,000 miles one owner me. Also they offered me lifetime warranty on power train engine transmission and axle with $100 deductible. My salesman was Jordan really good person.
I brought my diesel RAM truck there for service because if you've ever been to a Dodge dealership they suck. They had the parts in within 12 hours and without appointment got me in and out very quickly. The staff always tries to trip me but to be fair I tried too.
Today (6/21/18) was my first time visiting Allen Toyota. Very professional. From the time I stepped out of my car until I got back in my car. Services are very detailed.
Your salesman Wayne did everything in his power to get me the vehicle I wanted and I’m so thankful for him and his hard work! Happy customer for sure!
Recommendedvery nice friendly staff. My only concern is that they are always booked up. and runny behind. takes an hour or two for oil changes. again staff is nice. they just need more techs
