RecommendedThe people here are friendly and helpful, and they explain clearly what's going on with my car. My only negative comment has to do with the music playing incessantly. Why? If you MUST play music, why not make it subdued, instrumental, bearable? Or why have any music at all? Silence is golden.

Good service and professional service
Let me start off by saying my sales person chad Gunn Senior did everything he could to get me in a new Tacoma for the past month, he stayed on top of it and contacted me every time he made head way. I would recommend Allen Toyota to everybody just because they did everything to get my payments where I wanted them. Thank you to the Toyota family
Scheduled service requirement performed properly and in timely manner. Service personnel were informative and courteous.
The service department is second to none. Will, Stephen, and Mike, I appreciate the time you took to explain to me the “noise “ I heard and then took care of it. I know you are just the customer service department and the mechanics behind the scene are the real diagnosticians, so I would also like to thank them. I've purchased three cars here in four years. I am committed to give them every opportunity to earn my business before I go anywhere else. Why? There is no other place that can crush it in the big three departments: sales, service, and parts. In addition, they have a rental service on site that you can use if you need to drop off your car.
