Very bad service We had terrible experience. Our Toyota Rav4 and we went to them. They said there's a diagnosis fee ($99.00) to check what is wrong & if we decide to repair it will be waived. We agreed. Now after getting the vehicle for more than 4 hours they said they still need 2 more hour to diagnosis which we need to pay for that too . We did not agree since they changed the first deal. They said it costs $260 to fix the problem. We agreed for the price of $260.00 they later said it costs $383.00. Pamela London I bought a vehicle on December 19, 2015 and I've probably driven it 3 weeks at the most. The service is ridiculous and you get the run around each time you call about your vehicle. My vehicle has been returned 3 times for the same thing which is the check engine light coming on.. I took the vehicle back again on February 9, 2016 and it is still there which I find totally ridiculous and I called at 10:30 a.m. today and ask if my vehicle could at least be ready by Friday since they don't work on the on Saturdays ... read more

Great Servics Everyone was fast with a fun nice attitude. They stay in contact with both me and my mom. They were nice and understanding I was a college student. They took the time out to call my mom and made sure everything was good through her.

Over a month later the parts were finally available and the work done on January 30, 2016. The service rep admitted that vehicles brought in after mine had already been taken care of. The work was done satisfactorily when it was finally done. Overall the experience was disappointing. Trying to contact the service rep to inquire about ... read more
