prompt service Upon my arrival at service department for 5k service on my toyota 4 runner, I was greeted well by William, service adviser and I explained my reason for visit. He took it from there and also answered my questions regarding vehicle features. Great service.

10000 mile service For some reason, service took entirely too long to change the oil. However, when my car was serviced before, it took about 20 minutes and I was on my way.

New Car Purchase Everything went quite well. The Salesperson did a good job and was easy to workwith and was quite helpful. The only issue I had was that afer several requests in person and over voicemail I was unsucessful in getting the dealership to send a copy of the buyers order to my credit union. Since I had gotten a copy of all paperwork in person form the buying process I was able to deliver a copy of the buyers order myself. It was a minor inconvienence but it did cause some delay.
