Servive for 2012 Tacoma for Brad Anderson My service advisor was very helpful and friendly. My 2012 Tacoma is a 4 cylinder and uses synthetic oil. The oil change window sticker and the paper invoice state that conventional oil was used to change the oil. When I noticed this I asked my service advisor about it. She talked with the service manager and he said that synthetic oil was put in the vehicle. When I got home I noticed that 1 of my wheel centers was missing (tire rotation was part of the service) so I called the dealer... read more
