Great Service I came in and told them what I wanted and the boys delivered...just in time for Christmas!

Dissatifactory I scheduled a service appointment for a recall. I was told recall work isn't done on Saturdays so I used a day of vacation to get this work done. When I arrived for the appointment the service representative took the VIN number and told me they have to order the parts. This angered me because I took vacation to drive 20 miles only to have them record information they already have or could have gotten over the phone. The representative said the appointment was scheduled through a call center where personnel doe... read more
