Service Experience I'd previous brought my car into All Star Toyota of Baton Rouge because my rear window mold was peeling. The access the damages and because my car was under warranty repaired it. The new window took about a week for the window to come in. Then there was a waiting game. I had to wait for Toyota's contractor to fix my window. My car sat with Toyota for two days then on Friday morning it was ready. I was please with the end result of the process, but it was a slight inconvenience. We were out of a car for two... read more

Bad experience made right by service manager Without going into specifics, I had two bad experiences with one of the service advisors there. Once in August on a recall notice with my daughters car, and again in September with a recall issue on my own car....same service advisor. But, I had the opportunity to express my concerns to the service manager, Clint Smith, and he went out of his way & handled it immediately. I was very pleased. Now, as far as the service advisor, he was again rude today when I went in to pick up my v... read more

5000 mile service I came in to have my car serviced and was there maybe 15 or 20 minutes. I was in and out. I really liked the fast service.

.Daniel was unbelievable. I felt like All Star earned every dollar they made on the sale . They respected my resolve to get exactly the truck I wanted. That is exactly what happened, I got the truck I wanted at a very fair price.

Very pleasant I went looking for a used car but purchased a brand new car and I am extremely happy with the service I got from the dealer ... They were very friendly and patient and they explained everything to me about the car... I will highly recommend others to AllStar Toyota.... Riding high
