Jennifer Towers I had an amazing experience at Lee Toyota in Topsham. The sales person, Jen Towers, was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. I am disabled and needed to do most of my pre-lease searching over the internet and phone. I have to say that this dealership was extremely friendly and willing to work with me where as others that I had contacted were less than excited about working with me over the phone. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to everyone.
Shopping around It was though she was in my head. My hubby and I were talking about trading one of our vehicles in the weekend before when I got a call from Jen saying "Guess what we just got in today?" Funny thing is it had been 6 months or more when I had last stopped in and talked to her telling her what I was looking for. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle I will continue to do business in the future with Jen.
Customer Consultant was very professional explained the recommended service and cost to do repairs ready to assist and answer questions
