Long wait I called an made an appointment and it was scheduled for 7:30AM Saturday. I was there on time for my appointment to get my tires rotated. My low pressure tire light had been coming on so I asked if they could check to be sure I didn't have something in 1 of my tires. The service guy came back and said I did have something in 1 of my tires and also recommended I change the cabin air filter. I said okay to both and after 3 hours my car was finally done. I was there 3 hours for a scheduled tire rotation appointment. T... read more

POOR SERVICE Can't seem to get anyone in service department to communicate with you. Every time my brand new RAV has gone in for service - it seems to have been forgotten about and when attempt to contact service manager, never can get a response. They do not return calls or emails back. I know people are busy -but this is NO EXCUSE!!! I am very busy myself and do not have time to keep trying to contact them to get something done right that should have been done right in the first place!!!!!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!... read more

Most rude sales person ever I was attempting to purchase a new Tacoma and "danny" with the Internet Sales department was the most rude salesman I have ever encountered. After having such a horrible experience with him I happily purchased a new 2017 Tacoma from a dealership in Orlando. Don't even waste your time with Lakeland Toyota!

leased my 2016 Highlander with JENNIFER TOWERS! This is my second vehicle from Lee Toyota in Topsham. Jennifer has been my sales agent both times we've made a purchase.
