GOOD EXPERIENCE My husband and I bought a truck yesterday from Lakeland Toyota. I have to say our sales man BILL was very nice and professional. We arrived at this dealership very disappointed at the treatment we received at a near by dealership. THE COMPRESS GOING OUT, AND TO CHECK TRANSMISSION my 2015 Toyota Correll had a recall on it. I brought it in 9/1/2016 to have my A/C COMPRESS CHANGE AND TO CHECK MY tRANSMISSION BECAUSE IT SOUND FUNNY.

prius Dealership was great to deal with and the salesperson great to be around. Only thing, I stopped in to accept the offer and the offer changed and the process took 4 hours when I only really had 30 minutes.

2016 CAMBRY Pretty straight forward with buying process. Found a car I liked then Wesley and I negotiated the price. We discussed options for paying for the car and after I found the best way for me we made the deal. Walked over to Michael's office to write the check and hear about warranties and extended warranties. He was super patient, respectful, and honest explaining in detail and answering all of my questions about the warranties.

Half way Buying process was disappointing, took too long. Also after I bought the truck I learned I could have got a better price if I would went to a dealership out of the Baton Rouge area. Customer service is first rate. I went in on 9/20/16 and lady that handled my service was excellent. Sorry don`t remember her name. She was blonde and of thin build.
