Great Experience Michelle Jones helped us into our new Toyota Sienna. My wife and I are so happy with her and the whole buying experience at Lakeland Toyota. We made our inquiry online, and Michelle was readily available and quick to respond. We had been to several dealers prior, due to living in Tampa, but we would definitely look at Lakeland Toyota for sales and service in the future because of our experience up to this point.

Great Customer Service! Joseph Hood was terrific. He was very polite, courteous and friendly. I took my car in for the 10,000 mile service. I was expecting to be there for quite a while but was very impressed that I was there for a short time. Everyone was very professional. I love the dealership. We have purchased all our Toyotas here. You can't beat there customer service.
