Half way Buying process was disappointing, took too long. Also after I bought the truck I learned I could have got a better price if I would went to a dealership out of the Baton Rouge area. Customer service is first rate. I went in on 9/20/16 and lady that handled my service was excellent. Sorry don`t remember her name. She was blonde and of thin build.

Finally an Honest Dealer Had a great experience at Lakeland Toyota. About a year ago we purchased a pre owned 14 Camry, the buying process was very easy and the people were pleasant. We recently decided that we wanted something a little bigger so we went to Lakeland Toyota to look at a new SUV. We had the privilege of working with Charlie Davis who was amazing at helping choose what we wanted, He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was always available for any questions we had. Routine service call 2 1/2 wait for a tire rotation and I had an appt. Wait times are ridiculous

Lakeland Toyota SErvice Dept After using another Florida dealership for routine service, I decided to try Lakeland Toyota as I was not very happy with the first dealer. What a difference - great customer service and Doug Phillips was great to work with. I have a new dealership.

5 k mile service I came in for my5 k mile service and was assisted by Dan Delgado. He was very professional and took care of my Tundra in a timely manner. He also answered the few questions I had.

Oil change It took to long I was not acknowledged until about 10 minutes after arrived. They appeared as they were so busy. I was not pleased with this or how long it took for my vehicle to be serviced.
