Excellent help while getting my car serviced I went in due to a recall on my dashboard and was so satisfied with the customer service! With their help, I found another recall on my vehicle and all my questions were answered so clearly. I'm am 100% satisfied! Joseph Hood helped me so much in so many ways!
Good dealer, good sales, good finance Had a very tough negotiation and the whole purchase process lasted 9 hours (including the next day visit). But I understand this was partially because as an international student my car loan situation was special, which was not under the dealer's control. They tried to help me and made a good connection to the TFS. Other things were very good. a little disappointed My sales person was asked twice to get in contact with me to find out if my car came with a second key. He was also asked to find out how much a second key would be if I needed a second one. I went with my husband to finalize paperwork and told the dealer that the battery in my remote was dead (keep in mind I JUST got the car from them a few days earlier, not months ago) and they did not offer to help. I feel like the battery should be replaced for free. No offer to help.
