horrible, wasted my time and gas (2hr drive) TWICE Went with a roadloans approval, ensured that my rating warranted the dealer not having to pay fees. They wouldn't even call about it or look into it, insisted i finance through them at a higher rate with more money down. Superior Customer Service Awesome customer service from both Manny Turino and Cristian Caldera. Had my 2014 Sienna in for routine service and Manny was polite and professional, as he always is. Service was timely and once again I am very pleased. While I waited, I looked into possibly trading in for an upgrade and Cristian answered my hundred-plus questions making me feel much more confident in my research. My experiences at Lakeland Toyota over the past year have always been remarkable.
