Great Facility, Great People I got my tires rotated, car washed, and a multi-point inspection done. The service was great, the facilities were fantastic, and the people were friendly and gave me a great deal!

Great Service Advisor I had a routine oil change and car inspection. It was noted that I needed some other repairs which included a battery. I had the battery replaced. I was on my way home and I noticed a rattling sound under the hood. I stopped lifted the hood but I didn't see anything. I called the service dept and told them I was returning. Mr. Harry heard the sound but couldn't find anything initially. I insisted that my vehicle should be taken to the service. Me. Harry looked under the hood and found a screw driver lef... read more

Beyond professional service I purchased my car here over a year ago and ive never felt more cared for while making a purchase. The salesman (daniel) didnt just try and sell me a car. We discussed the options and what was best for me and it was a great experience. When i go back for service it's very friendly and inviting. The original salesman ask me about the car and and we converse till my visit is over. I couldn't dream of a better experience. ???????????? 6 stars because 5 just isn't enough

Great experience in my new truck purchase I am a second time auto buyer at all-star Toyota of Baton Rouge. First vehicle was certified pre owned, and the most recent purchase was 2016 Toyota Tacoma from the new car lot. Both experiences were 100%.
