good car buying experience. We purchased a used 2012 Hyundai Veracruz. The car was actually in the service department, which was already closed for the day, when we arrived late on a Friday to see it. The salesman and his manager drove us (their lot is HUGE) to the bldg and convinced the service dept to let us look at the car. The couple of small repairs that needed to be done were completed within 48 hours. Everyone was polite, no one was pushy. Our salesman was Orlando.
