Allstar Toyota won't be selling me a new car Service was slow...3 hrs for an oil change, tire rotation, windshield wipers and to plug a tire. What would it be if they actually had to work on the engine...a month? They lacked organization and no communications as to the status of your vehicle...I will not buy another car from them.

No Hassle! JR and Jake were exceptional salesmen. They demonstrated professionalism and compassion. While waiting on my paperwork to be finalized, Jake walked me over to the service department to setup first maintenance appointment. He also assured that I knew how to function all of my features in my brand new Toyota Camry before leaving the cat lot. Service This was the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. My car would not start on Friday, so it was towed to Allstar that afternoon. No one called me to let me know it arrived. So the next day I had to call multiple times and no one was able to confirm my car was even there until 3pm Saturday. Customer Set an appointment with one of the Sales Rep to look at one of the car posted on the internet, 20 min. away from this dealership, I gave him the heads up and replied "ok". But as soon as I get to the dealership, the Sales Rep didn't showed up, not answering phone calls and text message. as per one of the guy in the dealership, the car was on the shop for repair. Sales Rep guy name is Todd Claypool. Waste of time...
