Stephanie Hollins obo Louise Hollins My vehicle was checked in by one person but I needed to speak with the staff member assigned to my service call. I don't know why I needed to speak with 2 different people to discuss the same, Reason for my visit. A repair requested when speaking with the lady who check me in was not documented and/or performed. The tire sensor light is still lite up on my dash.
