Terrible experience Terrible experience and will not recommend to anyone. We were working by appointment so I expected more. The vehicle I had called about was out but was nearby the employee smoking area and the whole area wreaked of smoke. The vehicle was dirty and the salesman was not professional nor knowledgeable. He had to refer us to someone else who we told to give us his best deal. It was not what we expected and we had to insist on the return of our keys. We left and immediately called Team Toyota and we were there... read more

friendly, courteous staff after making the appt. to have my car serviced, I got 2 e-mail reminders and one phone call. Overkill!
