Bad experience I had a service appointment for 8:30am for new front and back breaks and an oil change. I didn't leave the dealership until 1:30pm. So while waiting, a car salesman approached me and asked if i wanted to upgrade my 15 highlander. I agreed to be open minded only if it was a sure thing the sale would go through and i specifically asked him NOT to run my credit multiple times for the deal. Long story short....he ran my credit multiple times against my wishes. He did not listen to my demands and insisted on trying... read more

Misinformed representative I was wrongly informed by an employee of All Star about a recall which caused me to miss the deadline and All Star failed to take responsibility. There was no explanation as to how and why this could happen and the supervisor refused to see me face to face. I will not likely be going back.
