Ok service I had to bring my car back to service depth because they did not put air in tires when I went for Tire rotation. When I receive my car the tire pressure light was still on. I was very upset I had to bring car back

melvena francise No problems just takes a lot of time. It is as pleasant as sitting and waiting can be. The people you deal with are very helpful and keep you up to date as service progresses. Facilities are clean and available.

Comfortable, neat and clean waiting area Automotive services are comfortable and relaxed waiting lobby. Complementary Coffee and bottled water for hydration is a welcomed bonus. Friendly atmosphere among service technicians and customer service. No rushed feeling of any pressure to have suggested services of auto care taken of that day or delayed until a future time. Top Notch Dealership! When I bought my 2016 Tundra CrewMax I made the 90 mile drive to All Star Toyota in Baton Rouge from my house in Slidell because they had the exact truck that I wanted. Outstanding Customer Service!! My visit at All Star Toyota, to have my Camry repaired, was refreshing! I know that I received the same service that ANY other customer would receive as well.
