Bye Dahlin Was sold Toyota 86 and sales person agreed on phone that foglights should be included but when we went there we went to parts and cost for them was way high. He then offered to look for a trunk mat and get back to me but I have never heard back from him. First service was a oil change my appt was at 0930 and I got there 20 mins early car was ready at 1130...... for a oil change. I heard another customer in the waiting area comment whether you have a appt or not it is always at least a two hour wait. I am outta her... read more

Poor service and getting worse Sales department is good but after the car is sold, service is AWFUL!!! I have dealt with All Star for about 10 years and 4 vehicles. The service always kept me coming back!! The service has deteriorated so much in the last 2 years. The service department has great turnover and the advisors are clueless about the cars! They explained that the service advisors are from the sales department. Yesterday was the final straw! I went in for noise I heard under the hood that the salesman and service ad... read more
