Very Disappointed!!!!! I had an appointment for my vehicle and a friend for 10:30 , we both arrived at 10:17. We didn't leave until 12:48. It seems as if it didn't make sense to set an appointment. The customer service lady was rude and seem to be giving us excuses why it was taken so long. Finally my vehicle was done and my friend vehicle was not, so we left with no oil change on one vehicle after waiting over two hours. The wait was unpleasant and so was the customer service lady attitude. God bless, Very Disappointed!!!

Great Experience Car buying can be a stressful experience, but salesperson Don Pope and finance manager, Rudy made it a stress free and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend them. Don is knowledgeable about 4Runners and even called us a week after our purchase to see if we had any questions. Will certainly do business with them in the future!

Great selection, great customer service I went in knowing what I wanted, and there was no pressure to consider other vehicles. I felt comfortable that my needs and wants were addressed, and the sales crew was very professional. The hardest part was choosing which car-there were so many to choose from.

Customer Van Martin gave me excellent service. He even put my license plate on my car, which I thought was very nice. I had a few questions about my 2016 corolla and he answered me and even showed me how to do the things I was asking him about. Allstar Toyota is great!
