Price gouging after the flood. I bought a 2016 truck few weeks before the flood and lost it. Went back and bought same truck and they charged me two percent more interest. I have recorded statements from both dealership management and from financial institution and they both are blaming each other. Very disappointed and sent them 7 sales after the flood
I live in the neighborhood behind All Star, and they treat their neighbors terribly in my opinion. Very fast unsupervised test drives endanger our children on a routine basis. And now, as we all try to clear out and rebuild, All Star has 18 wheelers blocking in both lanes of the public street morning and night. Of course there is no representative of All Star present... As bad as they treat their neighbors, I can't personally imagine how bad they would treat a customer.
They took care of everything I needed in a timely fashion. It was easy.
Brought in my 2015 ram 2500 for transmission fluid swap and change the differential fluid in the rear end. Well the rear end has leaking seals. This was caught in time. I made another appointment with miss Erin for this coming Saturday, they will start the work on Monday. So far, service has been excellent on my Ram 2500 diesel.
