Jim Click Chrysler Jeep's sales department is on point. They pulled out all the stops to get me into my high end Jeep Grand Cherokee. once the sale was final, the customer service ended. My luxurious Jeep Grand Cherokee immediately began having starting issues. It frequently won't start, but it's inconsistent and we don't know the cause. Very disappointed in the maintenance for life. Took our Jeep in and they indicated wouldn’t honor their maintenance for life contract unless we purchased tires - of course they just happened to be having a tire promotion- it sure seems like their service guys are bonused on whatever they can upsale. We will definitely not purchase from Jim Click again- would much rather purchase from an ethical company.
