I called to make an appointment to get two airbag recalls done on two trucks. I was told it would be MORE than sixty days before they could do it. I called another local dealer, and have an appointment this week. NOT impressed.
My truck was here for exactly 4 weeks to just put a fuel pump in. If your check engine light comes on it will throw up a code, they said it didn't have a code, then they said it did have a code. I was told it could be this or that and they were waiting to hear back from Chrysler but they could not contact Chrysler only Chrysler could contact them. Biggest REGRET of my life! I have driven my Jeep less than 20 days this year due to a leak... A leak the Service Department keeps "fixing" only for me to have to drive back up there and drop my Jeep off yet again. Worse part of all of this is my husband and I have referred 5 people to AllStar, 4 of those people purchased! Purchasing the Jeep was a wonderful experience, sales and finance team were amazing!
