The service department is ridiculous & man at desk is very rude! I was in Alexandria with my son & granddaughter & his truck wheel was making a loud noise! We stopped by to see if it was a bearing & was told they couldn’t look at it til a week later! My son said he hoped the wheel didn’t fall off & all the man said was Hopefully it won’t!!!
