Shady dealership! Stay away you will thank me later!
Bought a van with a known recall asked and was told if it was on the lot the recall would have been taken care of. 1.5 months later I am receiving notifications about the same recall. Also, we left the lot after sale with no temp plates on the van. Had to drive back to get them later after calling...
I was there for 3 hours waiting for an oil change and a recall that I was told only took 30 minutes. This is not my usual dealership, and I will not be returning.
Treated me like I was an idiot and didn't even attempt to sell me anything with poor condescending attitudes. Tried to give them my business but their boys club was more important apparently. Had a similar experience at another All-Star dealership 2yrs ago, ran our credit for months after deciding they didn't have what we wanted. Took my business elsewhere where they were very accommodating, helped me find what I was wanting and had personality.
Drove off with excitement in a 2019 Jeep Latitude Plus yesterday. Brandt was our salesman and did a great job as did CS and finance guy (sorry I forget his name) Once we finally decided on a vehicle, process was quick and easy. I did see some of the reviews about Service Dept... not the best (hoping if/when we need it, that things will have improved in that area. So far so great! Brandt gave me an information overload before driving off (thanks Brandt) but it may take me awhile to learn this new car technology lol!

Worse service ever....stayed in service for almost 2 hours! Got down the street my brand new car I had there for an oil change started smoking. I have oil everywhere while I’m sitting on side the highway!!!!!
