Brought truck in for issues had to get parts ordered month later I called parts were in scheduled appointment and when I got truck back in the parts had disappeared. And to top it off got truck back with a gouge in the paint in the hood
service department is horrible will NOT bring my jeep back. I brought jeep in bc sunroof wouldn't close, I was told that I needed an appointment in which it took 2 weeks to get appointment, took them all day to figure out problem. took 3 weeks for part to come in, took 6 days to fix. when I got it back, they forgot to put wind reflector on. when I called to tell them, I was told the next available appointment is in a week.
