Service. I took My truck in for regular maintenance. Their card machine didn’t work. They wanted me to jump thru more hoops. I suggested they mail me the bill and I would pay it that way. Young lady laughed at me. Said they would not let me leave. I guess I was at that point arrested. All along I was willing to pay my bill.
satisfied with the service here. they completed a major repair on my 2015 JK in 2 days, and gave me a loaner. they didn't call (even after I left 2 messages) but the work was completed to my satisfaction when they said it would be.
Service department is a joke. No communication whatsoever..they keep your car for a week and will give it back with the same problem it had when you brought it there in the first place or worse. Really upset that I’m now paying on a car that I barely even get to drive because it’s always in the shop.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Just not an acceptable level of customer service. The quintessential example of a business that looks only out for their own benefit. I do not recommend this dealership at all. Nothing but classless management, empty promises and no action. There are too many other places to go in the region. Feel free to msg me for details.
