Worse customer service staff ever! Takes a week to diagnose a vehicle. Never buying from them again.

We called there today asking about a specific trim and particulars on a Ram truck. After confirming 3 times that the vehicle was on their lot with the lady on the phone, we drove 30 minutes to get there. Once we got there, the shadiness started. Not only did they not have any trucks with the particular interior color we were told was there, they did not have any with vented seats either. Great service! Very well mannered gentlemen.
Went to dealership picked out a truck. Gave all info had to go they said they would call me with the numbers but never did. Called several times a day for a week. Still no response don’t recommend them at all

I would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle or even use the service department at Allstar Dodge. I had my truck serviced and the mechanic changed the wrong part and used bonding glue to repair my other part instead of replacing it! I give this dealership a 0 out of 5 stars. I repeat if you want a horrible service experience then by all means got to Allstar Dodge because they will definitely give you one!
The positive side of All Star Automotive is the massive inventory of overpriced vehicles on all of their locations. First they informed me that they misrepresented the vehicles that they had in stock. They said those vehicles were lost in transit. Then they offered me a few thousand dollars less than the valuation system on their own website said my trade in was worth.
